Please review our policies before booking an appointment, purchasing a wig, or requesting a custom service.

Booking
Policy

A $25 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total.
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
There is a 15 minute grace period, and late arrivals may be canceled with the deposit forfeited.
No call, no show clients may lose future online booking privileges.
Outside hours or squeeze in appointments may require a $75 booking fee.
Please arrive prepared and alone unless prior approval is given or the client is a minor.

HD or thin transparent lace is preferred for the most natural looking results.
Drop off wigs 2 to 5 days in advance for customization when required.
A $75 same day customization fee applies when available.
Used wigs must be approved before booking.
Please share any scalp concerns, allergies or adhesive sensitivities before service.
Maintenance is recommended every 3 to 4 weeks, and adjustment requests must be made within 48 hours.

Orders need 24 to 48 business hours for processing.
Standard orders usually ship within 7 to 10 business days after processing.
Custom orders and cranial prosthesis units may take 4 to 6 weeks.
Orders usually ship by USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Seasonal or manufacturer delays, including Lunar New Year, may extend timelines.
Customers are responsible for giving a correct shipping address at checkout.

We may collect contact, order, device and consultation information.
We use it to process orders, provide services, communicate with you and improve our website.
We do not sell customer data. SMS opt in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Promotional texts are only sent with your consent, and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Sensitive information is handled with care and used only for service or administrative purposes.

All sales are final.
Custom wigs, hair units, consultations, installations, customizations, deposits, classes and digital products are non refundable.
No returns, exchanges or store credit on handled or customized hair items.
Concerns must be sent in writing within 48 hours and include your full name, order number and clear details.
Management may review concerns case by case, but sending one does not guarantee a refund, revision or exception.
