What are D.D. Daughters return and/or exchange policies?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Product exchanges or account credit is possible within 24 hours of delivery date, exclusions may apply. Upon approval, product must be in its original packaging, unaltered, in its original condition when received and with its original invoice. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any subsequent restocking fees.D.D. Daughters is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during delivery or returns. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Returns will not be accepted without receiving a confirmation of an approved return with instructions on proper return policy from customer service.
All semi-custom order purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be applied.
Semi-Custom orders can take up to 45-60 business days to complete. (Business days exclude weekends and holidays). Semi-Custom purchases not picked up within 30 days of completion notification will be put back on the showroom floor and listed for sale.
All international purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be applied.
All chargebacks and stop payments will be considered as failure to pay as promised and will be reported to all credit bureaus as fraudulent and/or delinquent accounts. D.D. Daughters reserves the right to collect any chargeback and/or stop payment fees and to seek legal action, as necessary, on any chargebacks and stop payments.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping can take anywhere between 7-14 business days depending on your purchase.
Semi-Custom orders can take up to 45-60 business days plus standard shipping.
(Business days exclude weekends and holidays).
